PHOENIX DIGITAL

Privacy policy

Version of 25 October 2026

Who processes the data

The data controller is Albina, Phoenix Digital, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. For any question about your data, write to lee.albina@gmail.com.

What data and why

The site has no forms and no sign-up. Your data reaches me only if you write to me yourself on WhatsApp, Telegram, Max, WeChat, Instagram, by email, or call me.

In that case I receive what you share yourself: your name, phone number or messenger account, the text of your message and details of your task. I use this to reply to you, discuss the work, prepare a proposal and perform the contract.

I do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

Visit statistics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics - anonymous statistics: how many people opened a page, from which country and on which device. It sets no cookies and does not let anyone identify who visited the site.

There are no other counters, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The YouTube video on the automation page loads only after you click it, in cookie-free mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

Where the data is stored

The site is hosted on Vercel (USA). Correspondence is stored in the messenger or email service you used to write to me; their servers may be outside Kazakhstan. By writing to me you agree to this cross-border transfer.

How long I keep it

Correspondence and project details - while we discuss and work on the project, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires keeping documents longer (for example, contracts and invoices).

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent and ask me to delete our correspondence and your data. Write to lee.albina@gmail.com - I will reply within 10 working days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the personal data protection authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or, if you live in the EU, the supervisory authority of your country.
